Program Director
Andre West has been a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania since 1995. He graduated from Penn State University in 1992, and from the University of Pittsburgh in 1995.
Andre's work experience includes crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatric social work, program management, and working in a pediatric trauma center and hospital.
Nurse Manager
Michelle's work experience includes geriatric nursing, crisis intervention training, psychiatric nursing, mental health & and program management.
Michelle graduated from Columbiana County Career and Technical Center in Ohio as a Registered Nurse. She has 18 years of nursing experience which includes both geriatric and behavioral health. She has spent the last 10 years in mental health management. Michelle is Trained in various behavioral health topics and has been an instructor for crises intervention management. She is a Lawernce County native but has spent most of her career working in the Beaver County area.
The staff at North Sewickley LTSR are made up of nurses, counsellors, social workers, and psychiatric aides. They have a wealth of clinical experience, and the team is led by a board certified psychiatrist.
Compliance Officer
Andy graduated from Penn State in 2011 with a B.A. in Psychology and has been working in the field of mental health since then. He is currently a certified trainer of Critical Crisis Managements (CCM) for the facility and has been training individuals since 2019. Andy began his career as a mental health technician and did so for almost a decade until he was given the opportunity to advance to a quality management related role. As a compliance Officer, he is responsible for monitoring facility regulations, quality management measures, and educational resources. He remains available as a Mental Health Technician when necessary to provide individual and group counseling, as well as assisting in other facility activities. Although currently residing in the Youngstown area, he has resided in multiple areas in western Pennsylvania. He maintains hobbies such as painting, gardening, and spending time with his dogs. He is always striving to learn something new and keep his brain active.
Forensic Specialist
Lisha graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Child development Family Studies and Capella University with a MS in Mental Health Counseling. She has 11 years of LTSR experience. Her past experience was working as a protective care worker and intake worker for Beaver County Children and Youth Services.
Licensed Clinical Supervisor
Kelsey is a licensed social worker in Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from Youngstown State University. Her social work experience includes skilled and long-term nursing home, inpatient psychiatric unit, medical hospital social work, outpatient behavioral health, and domestic violence shelter. Kelsey has been a trainer of crisis intervention in the past and is knowledgeable on many mental health topics. Kelsey is an advocate for mental health treatment and works to reduce mental health stigma in her community. Kelsey was born and raised in Cranberry Township but has worked in Beaver County the majority of her career as a social worker. Kelsey had her first child in October 2023. She has been a vegetarian for half of her life and enjoys the company of her friends and family.
